Can My Family Enroll In WIC?
WIC is for all kinds of families – families with married or single parents and those who are working or not working. WIC has different requirements than SNAP (Food Stamps) so even if you don’t qualify for SNAP, you may still qualify for WIC.

If you are a father, mother, grandparent, foster parent or other legal guardian of a child under 5 years of age, you can apply for your child.

If you are a woman who is pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, or has a baby up to six months old, you can apply for yourself.

Apply for WIC in 3 Easy Steps!
Step 1:
Contact us via phone or email to schedule an appointment.
Our friendly WIC staff will help you schedule an appointment and will answer your questions about WIC.
Step 2:
Bring identification, proof of residency, and information regarding income to your WIC appointment.
Examples of proof of identification are:

Driver’s License or state issued identification card

Birth certificate
-
Immunization record
-
Tribal enrollment card
-
Social security card
-
AHCCCS card
-
Hospital card for newborn baby
Examples of proof of residency are:

Driver’s License or State issued ID Card

Bank statement
-
Utility bill
-
Payroll stub
-
Rent/lease agreement
-
Tribal enrollment card (if address is on card)
*If you are pregnant, you may count your unborn child as a family member.
* You are automatically income eligible for WIC services if you currently receive TANF, SNAP (Food Stamps) or Medicaid (AHCCCS).
You may be eligible if your income is in the range listed.
Step 3:
If you are eligible you will receive WIC checks for food on the day of your appointment. No waiting!
